Personalized or Engraved Items

Because our engraved and custom-made products are created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(c)), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Damaged or Defective Items

Non-Personalized Products

For any non-personalized products, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is unused and in its original packaging.
